As a chartered building surveying practice, we provide a range of services for the residential and commercial property markets. We are qualified and licensed to issue RICS Building Surveys, RICS Homebuyers Reports, RICS Condition Reports and RICS Red Book Market Valuation Reports, and are accredited to issue domestic and commercial Energy Performance Certificates with Elmhurst Energy Ltd.

The company was formed in October 2009 by Nigel Stone, initially carrying out mortgage valuations, surveys and energy performance certificates across West Wales. Relationships built with local estate agents and solicitors remain important today, and the company has grown steadily while staying true to its principle of independent, impartial advice based on local knowledge.

In January 2016 Dan Price joined as a trainee Energy Assessor, later qualifying as a Domestic and then Non-domestic Energy Assessor. In September 2018 Alix Heritage joined to undertake secured valuation lending work and RICS Homebuyers. The client base now includes private individuals, companies, local authorities and religious organisations.
